Trestman out as Baltimore Offensive Coordinator

The Baltimore Ravens have fired offensive coordinator Mark Trestman, replacing him with Marty Mornhinweg.  The Ravens ranked near the bottom third of the league in all major offensive categories.

Despite the return of Joe Flacco, the Ravens had difficulty moving the ball through the air, ranking 23rd in passing yards per game.  The ground attack was middling, ranking 17th in the league at the time of Trestman’s firing. Mornhinweg was previously the QB’s coach for the Ravens. His last role as offensive coordinator came with the New York Jets from 2013-14.
