If anything could derail the New England Patriots chances at another Super Bowl, this could be it. Rob Gronkowski is rumored to need back surgery – an operation that could cost him eight weeks or more of this season.

Assuming the surgery happens this week, the earliest that Gronk might return is for the Super Bowl on February 5th in Houston.
