According to Jim Wyatt on Twitter, Tennessee Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota will not be active for their game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Mariota was injured in last week’s game against the Miami Dolphins, after defensive end Olivier Vernon hit him low – a play for which he was flagged. While Mariota stayed in the game after the hit, he was clearly injured and his mobility was hampered for much of the second half.
Zach Mettenberger will get the start in his place.
