List of NBA Champions

Each year, the Western Conference Champion and the Eastern Conference Champion meet in a best of seven series to determine who will bear the title of NBA Champion for the year.  Currently, the Eastern Conference has produced the champion 37 times, where the Western Conference has sent the winner 31 times.  The two teams with the most NBA Championships are the Boston Celtics (17) and the Lost Angeles Lakers (16).
